We are not a hospice, a healthcare provider, a referral service or a patient-placement service. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing on it determines or influences any patient's eligibility for hospice care, which rests with the hospice and the patient's physicians. If you are seeking hospice care for someone, please use Medicare's Care Compare tool at https://www.medicare.gov/care-compare or speak with the patient's doctor.

3. Engagements are governed by a written agreement

Requesting a Referral Growth Assessment creates no obligation on either side. Any marketing engagement we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement that states the scope, the fees, the term and cancellation provisions, and the terms of our 60-day money-back guarantee. Where these Terms of Use and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. We do not publish fee schedules on this website; fees are quoted in writing after the assessment.

You agree not to submit false or misleading information; not to submit any patient, family or other protected health information through this website; not to interfere with the operation or security of the website; and not to use automated means to submit forms or scrape content except as permitted by our robots.txt file.
